• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have implemented a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or who has had infringing content removed from our website more than twice. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who repeatedly infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Takedown Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will respond within 48 hours. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time, typically within 3-5 business days. We will notify the user whose content was removed and provide them with a copy of the DMCA Notice and information about how to file a Counter-Notice.
